1. WHICH BATTERY SHOULD I CHOOSE?
-It depends on the application, different application has their own optimal solution. This question we need consider material of battery, weight,
capacity, rated power, cycle life, working temperature, charging method, power efficiency, veracity of discharge time under Max discharger
current, power management of BMS system, user experience and so on.
2. WHAT CELLS ARE YOUR BATTERY PACKS MADE UP OF?
- it depend on the application, we need consider shape, weight, size of battery and battery working environment.
However A gradecell is necessary.
3. HOW MUCH VOLTS SHOULD I CHOOSE?
- Depending on your motor. If your motor is rated DC 48V, battery must be rated 48V DC.
If your motor is rated AC 300V, voltage of battery must match your inverter, power need be higher than motor. For example,
if your inverter accept rated DC 72V – 96V to AC 300V, means battery can be made to rated 72V or 96V.
But we need consider rated power of motor and discharge rate of battery to decide 72V or 96V which one rated voltage is
better for your application.
4. HOW MUCH AMPS DO I NEED?
- Also depending on your motor, battery rated power must be higher than motor, we need consider energy loss.
5. HOW MUCH AMP HOURS DO I NEED?
- It depends on your demand. How many Kwh you need battery to save? How many time you want the battery work per charging.
